    Default Gulliver & T4Ted try a festival ............

This weekend, T4Ted took Gulliver to Audlem Music Festival in Cheshire.
Free music and camping for only £20 for 5 nights, brilliant. The cider in the 3 pubs was good too. Plenty of walks around and lots of fun gongoozling at all the narrowboats going through the locks - there's 15 of them!

That sounds great - I didn't even know they had one there! Will have to see if I can get to that one next year.

    I echo jayjay's comments.
I've not heard of this either, but I'll definitely 'pencil it in' for next year.
    Thanks Caz (and bears).

Looks good and something different to try. Perhaps a reminder could be set up for next year?

It may not be on next year - some of the organisers were saying "never again" due, apparently, to some of the musicians playing noisy music late at night on the campsite on the first night, which upset nearby residents - don't know how they heard it in their houses, I didn't even hear it in my van and I was on the campsite!

The campsite was usual festival basic, a few portaloos and a tank to empty the loo, but NO water tap so you needed to take enough with you. Not a problem in a campervan/caravan/motorhome with a tank, but some of the tenters were clearing out the bottles of water in the Co-op.

Anyway, I will let you know if it happens again next year.

I think it will go ahead next year judging by this:

He's a lucky bear seeing all these lovely places with you Caz and T4Ted. He won't want to come home!

Even taught me a new word 'gongoozling' I'm going to use it from now on
