    Default New motorhome owners

Hi all, my wife and I have very recently purchased our first small motorhome as our introduction into the world of mobile living.
We would really appreciate any help, we are very new to all this and hope that we will make some good contacts and great friends who can guide us on our journey.
look forward to linking up with you all, Graham & Rose

Sorry for late reply, I think Gibraltar might have been pushing things a bit to come up and help out at the rally

Mrs Kyran is quite right. Another thing you could do is get on a cruise ship, wait two days and there you are! Easy.
Only when we did it, the ship just sailed on by Gibraltar without even popping in to say hello.

The trouble with a hotel is that it tends to stay in one place.

    STEADY ON FOLKS!!!!

I rather suspect Tom might be thinking of Gibralter Point, Skegness. NOT really many miles away.

Jim. - Oh and welcome from me Tigerfish.

    Now I'm curious.

Come on Tigerfish is it "proper" Gibraltar or Gibraltar Point, Skeggers?

Been to Gibraltar Point many times for the RSPB, even went to the pictures in Skegness . Such gadabouts as we are!!

Sandra, I'll settle your queries. Tigerfish is in Gibralter a part of the SouthWest European Parliamentary Constituence - so he and I share the same MEPs And yes I am Cornwall the bit that sticks into the Atlantic bottom left corner of a map of Britain and he is on that pimple at the bottom of Spain a few short miles from Africa.

A historical footnote another link, between the 2nd and 4th of August the Spanish under Carlos des Amesquita invaded and sacked Penzance, Newlyn and Mousehole. The resulting myth is that all swarthy looking Cornishmen are the descendants of the 2 days of Spanish rape and pillage - Nothing to do with 20th century drunken nights out with French and Spanish fishermen.
