The site is situated in the middle of Gt.Yarmouth racecourse, with limited access during race meetings.

The beach is about 5min walk,although the main resort is a good 1/2 hour along the beach road.

The ground is flat and well drained.

The toilets and showers are kept clean, although there are too few, as when we stayed, Easter Weekend, the site was fully booked, you had to choose carefully when to shower.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

The biggest drawback was it's proximity to the local heliport, and the ensuing noise. We wern't there that much for it to bother us.

Good site for touring East coast and Broads.
